Since 2011 Mindfulness and Vipassana practitioner. Annual retreats to Plum Village monastery founded by Master Thích Nhất Hạnh and at Vipassana meditation centers according to the tradition of the Forest Monks (Santacittarama Monastery and Pian dei Ciliegi Meditation Center).
